Our team supports, explains, and guides you every step of the way.
Step 1
1–2 Days
We begin by learning about your child and your family’s needs. We answer your questions, explain the ABA process, and guide you through insurance or private pay options.
Step 2
2–5 days
Your BCBA meets with your child and family to complete a comprehensive assessment. During this stage, we observe strengths, challenges, routines, and preferences.
Step 3
1–2 weeks
Once your assessment is complete, we submit your child’s treatment plan to your insurance provider. Approval times vary, but most responses are returned within 1–2 weeks.
Step 4
Start of Services
After authorization, we finalize your child care team who begins delivering individualized ABA sessions.
